Custom Apparel is Made to Order (Printful)
All apparel items are custom-made to order and embroidered specifically for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer's remorse
- Color selection changes
- Minor thread or placement variations within production standards
However, we will replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
If there is an issue with your custom apparel, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at socialsyncmarketing20@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Amazon-Fulfilled Products
Some products featured in this store are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon.
All returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping issues for Amazon products must be handled directly through Amazon's return system under their policies.
We do not process or manage returns for Amazon-fulfilled items.
